Everyone is so friendly and the service and explanations are thorough. Employees go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. Big Jon DeWig, our dedicated sales specialist, was very knowledgeable about the car. He took the time and care to show us why driving a Subaru is smart and fun. His enthusiasm for the job is impressive, especially considering he’s been at Gerald for well over 20 years. He makes every step of the process approachable and easy to understand. I told my wife afterwards that I could never do that job to which my wife replied, “That’s why there’s Big Jon.” Big Jon really gets a kick out of all that geeky motorhead stuff, and he shares it in a way that’s very relatable and easy to understand for those of us who normally see cars as a box on wheels. I knew I wanted all-wheel drive for the snow, but learned from Big Jon that AWD actually makes for a better every-day driving experience.
