Great Service and Test Drive Track Available My dad and I were greeted right away by Jim Webb. I wanted to look at the Forester and Crosstrek vehicles. I explained to Jim what I was looking for a My dad and I were greeted right away by Jim Webb. I wanted to look at the Forester and Crosstrek vehicles. I explained to Jim what I was looking for and he quickly brought us the vehicles to test drive. We were given the option to drive on the public road or a test drive track. We chose the test drive track, which was pretty neat to test how the vehicles handled on curvy lanes, uneven lanes, brick road, and uphill and downhill. We were also able to test out the backup camera. Then, Jim drove to help demonstrate and explain what the vehicles are truly capable of doing and what makes Subaru vehicles stand out from other competitors. He also had the patience to explain to my dad (who has broken english) and I the difference of the Forester and Crosstrek and answer any questions we had. They didn't have the color of the vehicle I wanted, but they are able to do a dealer trade with another dealer that had the color I wanted. I was very happy that Jim found another dealer that had the color I wanted. Now I wait for the vehicle to arrive at the Gerald Subaru of Naperville. I definitely recommend coming to this location and request for Jim Webb. More
