When we decided to purchase a new car, Gerald Subaru was our first stop but also thinking about other options. Russell was nice and helpful that made the shopping processes easier. Only issue I had was when I ask Russell's manager about paying rust proof service and part of car payment with two separated credit card payments so the total amount on card could be more than $3,000. He said that should be OK. But later I was told while signing the document that it can only be one payment and no more than $3,000. I have no issue paying it with card or not but just don't like the inconsistent answers. Overall, I enjoyed the environment of Gerald Subaru and Russell's help that made my car shopping less stressful and quick. More
