From my very first interaction with this service manager after buying my Kia somewhere else he was rude. He was difficult about giving me a loaner vehicle after I told him I had no other means of getting ar after buying my Kia somewhere else he was rude. He was difficult about giving me a loaner vehicle after I told him I had no other means of getting around. When I go there for service he is never friendly or kind. I dont feel this dealership is very diligent in their care for their customers or cars. The first time I brought it there was after being towed because it wouldnt start. they couldnt find any issue with the push start or the brake, even though I went online and found a ton of info about this same issue. Finally within weeks the car died totally, I had to pay to replace the battery on a 2011 but the issues continue. This was when he was difficult about the loaner car and even had the gall to "school" me on what other dealers do. This is not something Im unfamilair with. Ive owned the gamet of cars from Jeeps to Mercedes. I have friends that work at dealers and I didnt need his attitude. Regardless of what he thought of me. I sent an email complaining, but it went to him as the manager of service, so I received no response. So now Ive been there 2 or 3 times for 1 issue. Now Im back there because I received a recall notice, I also developed an issue with the back seats sticking in the upright position. And now the car is idiling very high and the transdmission sometimes slams into gear. When I go in Im told there is also an update for the windows, since they also dont go up and down properly. Ok, so I wait for the car. After 1 hr he tells me they dont have the part for the back seats, despite having an appt, can I come back and he will give me a loaner? The recall was addressed I assume and the windows issue. Thats another thing, when you pick up the car, no one bothers to address the issues and tell you what was done with the car. You pay and leave silently. So I return yesteray to pick it up. 2 days after I left it. Again no one is there to go over the car with me. I pay the cashier for the oil change I added and leave. I get a block away and look in the back seat. The seat is still upright! I get out to try to move it, I cant. Its still stuck. I go back. The service advisor comes out and says he saw them fix it but he will call the guy up. Im told it needs lube and I advise Jaime there is some sort of a spill on the back leather seats, I know it wasnt there prior. He tries to remove it but cant. I use a wipe from my purse and remove it and leave. He doesnt adress the idiling issue and I see on the paperwork nothing was done because they drove it and it seemed fine. I drive half a block away and it happens again. Im so fed up, I dont go back. At other dealers Ive experienced friendly faces, a willingness to go the extra mile and an effort to provide good service. Not so here. I wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone. Nor would I ever treat people the way this dealer seems to. We all work in the service industry and the customer is supposed to be king...remember? More

It was an absolutely great experience buying a brand new Kia from Gerald Kia North Aurora. This was my first new car purchase, and I honestly would not have gone with Kia or this specific dealership had it Kia from Gerald Kia North Aurora. This was my first new car purchase, and I honestly would not have gone with Kia or this specific dealership had it not been for working with Jamil Ali. He was very patient answering all of my questions and not only that, but he took the time to answer both my parents questions and concerns as well. It is very comforting from a buyer's perspective to have a salesperson such as Jamil. His personality is very easy-going, which immediately put us at ease, yet he is very knowledgeable about what he is representing. He gave us honest answers and it really swung my decision to go with Kia. Jamil was great during the initial test drive and was very patient letting even my mom and dad drive the car. When he knew what color and what features I did or did not want, later that evening, just a few hours after we left, he had already called me telling me where he was able to locate the exact car I wanted and he had a plan set to get the vehicle the very next morning. Overall, this experience was 10x smoother than I expected to be, and the only reason for such a positive experience is because of Jamil Ali! Like I mentioned earlier, I honestly had Kia listed as a second or 3rd choice before I met Jamil, but after interacting with him, driving the car, and understanding your company's great warranty, it immediately became an easy decision to go with Kia. My parents and I are going to recommend Kia to all of our friends and family who live in the Chicagoland area to go to Gerald Kia North Aurora and if they want the best salesman, to ask for Jamil Ali. More
I visited the service department and ended up getting a new tire. I was treated wonderfully by Gene, the Service Manager, who was more than accommodating regarding a misunderstanding with a price quote. Ge new tire. Randy Celaya was a real pleasure! He was extremely friendly and honest. I really didn't feel like he was a car salesman but a "normal" person who really tried to make our car buying experience fast a friendly and honest. We have bought MANY cars in the past and we always prepare ourselves for a "battle." This experience was nothing like that! Everyone was friendly and patient and really did everything they could to get us top dollar for our trade. The entire crew was awesome. I would not only recommend to friends and family, but I will be a long term customer myself. This is the first time that I didnt have buyers remorse after making a big investment. Thank you guys. The moment we walked on to the lot, the sales consultant Randy greeted us to find out what are needs were. We told him exactly what we wanted at the price we needed. Randy went above and beyond to find the car that was perfect for us at a price that was under our budget. Randy's manager talked with us and gave us advice outside of buying a car that was very useful to us. The car was cleaned even know it was after 11:00 pm befor we got all the paper work done. This is one on the best experiences in buying a car we have ever had. More
