He was very understanding of our time and never pushed for a sale. That seems to be the style for the entire dealership because their manager (James Brown) was also very friendly. Unfortunately, another dealership threw a hail mary and met my offers and the price was too good to pass up. We were only a few hundred dollars away from making a deal so I feel bad that I could not deal with such an amazing group of people but I had to make the call. Anyways, Gerald Kia of North Aurora is as good as advertised. I hope people flock to them because their customer service is superb and they treat everyone as good as it gets.
