On Wednesday afternoon December 18 2013 my wife and I visted Gerald Kia of North Aurora and were warmly greeted at the front door with a hand shake by Mr. Lester Hughes who had a very friendly smile for visted Gerald Kia of North Aurora and were warmly greeted at the front door with a hand shake by Mr. Lester Hughes who had a very friendly smile for us. Mr. Hughes asked us to sit down and specifically wrote down in detail want we were looking for and what we could spend. He showed us several autos in our price range.We took a road test and then sat down to crunch the numbers. The whole time we were there, Mr. Hughes was very courteous and was on top of every need we had. The price that was worked out was to our satisfaction. We drove away with two new vehicles. Overall our experience with Mr. Hughes and Gerald Kia were the best my wife and I have had since living out here. No other car dealer that we have been to can match the quality of salesmanship and kindness that we experienced today.
