He was very knowledgeable regarding the specifications, features, and different packages that Kia offers. After we took a test drive we went home and came up with more questions. Dan took the time to answer all of our questions over the phone. We were never rushed . When we purchased our Kia it was on the lot within a few days. We explained to Dan and Curt that we were unable to bring it home for a few weeks. That was not a problem for them. We really appreciate the fact that Dan and Kia worked with us. We never once felt like we had to hurry up and get it off the lot. We will highly recommend Dan and Gerald Kia to anyone we run across who is looking for a car. We were greeted by very knowledgeable and prepared sales and finance personnel and our process for finding and purchasing a vehicle that we really like went very smoothly. We had submitted a credit applicat and finance personnel and our process for finding and purchasing a vehicle that we really like went very smoothly. We had submitted a credit application online with a choice of a vehicle we had an interest in. We received a call the same night we submitted the credit application and inquiry from Brian and he was already looking into a vehicle for us and getting our credit check done. When the vehicle that we originally had an interest in was not available, he found another better vehicle that we like even more then the first one we had considered and then helped us in our process of financing. Dan helped Brian since Brian is somewhat new with the dealership but the teamwork was awesome and we could see that we were getting exceptional service from them as they worked through the paperwork required for purchasing the vehicle. We also had very good and personable service from Bill Conroy (William Conroy) as we worked through completing the finance process. There was no pressuring to spend more than we wanted to and everything was presented to us in an information fashion for us to make our decisions. We were very pleased with the service and hospitality we received at Gerald Kia and would definitely recommend them to friends who might be looking to purchase a vehicle sometime in the future. More
