It was refreshing to have a salesperson with a full working knowledge of ALL the vehicles in Kia's lineup. No pressure, just plenty of helpful information that allowed us to make the best decision for our family. Thanks to both Sean and Fabian for their professionalism!!! More

They gave me what I felt was a great price on a vehicle that needed some serious work!! I ended up purchasing a 2016 Kia Forte. Although the dealership closed at 9, Ed and Brian stayed patient with me and were all about making my experience the best one!!!! We did not close our deal until almost 11 P.M. True Car Dealer ? Great Price anyway! We had done our research and used True Car as leverage as this Dealer was stated on the site to honor these prices. First, I will have to say the Sales Consultant Micheal Cabalero was knowledgeable and professional however when they state things like No-Haggle ... Don't believe this. They didn't want to honor the true car price by saying the incentives are not included so the True Car price is higher. Well, in the terms and conditions it was clear this was not true and when I showed them and spoke about contacting the True Car assistant they changed the price by admitting a so called error. Then, we had a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am trade in that if I had to do it over again, I would have donated the car and got more value by listing as a write off on my taxes. Oh well, my fault for that one. If you have an older car, do not trade it in at this dealer. Dempsey Dodge was the most fair at offering a reasonable value and were the most casual and friendly ... wish they sold KIA's. The finance guy was a bit pushy on the extras but that was expected. Remember the extras are overpriced, but who am I to tell you not to get them? Do the research first and see all the facts! All I have to say is come armed with words of facts and read terms before you sign and get the best deal. Don't get mad, upset; just use words to negotiate as it's hard to argue with facts and research. Hope this helps someone. I did end up getting a great price but would have paid $2500 more if I didn't do my research and spoke up. I wouldn't say absolutely don't go, but just be ready for an old fashioned "Used Car Salesman" approach! More

I wont hesitate to buy here again. Ed has been wonderful at following up and making sure we're happy and has made himself accessible if we have any questions. The most comfortable car buying experience out there in my opinion. Great staff. More

I was astonished at the level of professionalism that we received from the moment we walked in. We worked with Eli Zabib and let me just say, if I need another vehicle, I will definitely visit him first! After four other dealers (one of which was another Kia), he was the only one who was willing to take the time to not only go through the entire car (top to bottom), but he was willing to work with my budget and legitimately showed me cars I could afford and be happy with. We got there around 4:45 and ended up leaving at 8:30 with a new car in tow. The entire time I was there I felt completely reassured that I was getting excellent service and a heck of a deal. As a woman in my late 20's shopping for a new car which was going to be on my dime for the first time (with my parents along for the ride), I greatly appreciated the way I was treated; not as someone who didn't understand how to purchase a vehicle or someone to talk over, but someone who was legitimate and needed a new car. I was never condescended to or treated any differently than say, my dad buying a car. This was a recurring theme throughout some of the other test drives and I can't tell you how happy it made me feel to be treated with respect. I absolutely ADORE my new Kia Soul and will be recommending the brand, the dealer and specifically Eli to my friends in the future. More

Bought a 2016 Sorrento couldn't be happier with the car Needed a car with third row capacity, went to Mapleton kia of Elmhurst because they sent a flyer saying I'd get employee pricing. What a joke! They kept a smaller car that I did not want saying I couldn't afford the ca saying I couldn't afford the car I wanted I then called gerald actually accidentally and got Ed Mierzycki on line, him and Sean McKane and Brian Shewalter not only got me the car I wanted but at the price I could afford! They were AMAZING! Also this dealer offers the lifetime warranty on all new vehicles !! Icouldn't be happier and would recommend this dealership to anybody! I would never buy at another dealership if they are selling the car I want.Must go in and see them they will hook you up and with the car you want not the one they are trying to push. Also wanted to say that they explain the vehicle to me without all the options before I left so I would know how to use my new car did not get that at the last dealership. I had already been given a very low quote for my trade in at another dealer and was not confident that these guys would do any better. I was immediately introduced to Ed Mierycki who took a little information from me to find out exactly what I wanted. He then took me to the vehicle and proceeded to give me the most thorough walk around explaining everything about the car. Answering any questions along the way. You don't normally get that kind of introduction to your car until after you sign the paperwork. They then let me take the car home to my wife to look at and drive. "Take your time, let her enjoy it" they said. When I brought it back we started talking numbers. The first offer was good. But I told them that another dealer vowed to beat them. They stopped the game and really gave me a great deal that I couldn't say no to. Ed was very nice throughout the whole process, was very informative and will gladly go back to for my next car. More
Dan was knowledgeable, friendly, and determined I saw a car online that I was interested and came to showroom about 5pm only to find the car was at Naperville location.
