Not even 5 minutes after I submitting an online request for more information Joe called me to answer any questions and set up a time to come in and view the car we were interested in. We had a few questions to prepare ourselves for the car buying appointment and our call was answered promptly and with a friendly demeanor. Our sales consultant was Jason Kormos, and wow were we happy with his service- not pushy at all, didn't rush us, super friendly and very knowledgable. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to provide us with excellent customer service. Highly recommend this dealership! More

I was shown the vehicle I was interested in and the paperwork was started. I then Met the Sales Manager Sean McKane who was very nice, polite and easy to talk with. Sean was then able to get a deal that was acceptable and finished it off. I was very happy and drove out with a new 2015 Kia Optima. Me and my wife are satisfied Kia owners and have now had 7 Kia vehicles. I wish to extent a Big Thank You to Ben and Sean for making this deal work. More

Ed was extremely knowledgeable and talked through every detail and did so without sounding boring or monotonous. I have already told a bunch of people to consider him and Gerald Kia for their next purchase...and I will be going back when it's time to upgrade! I would have given this experience 10 stars out of 5 if I had the ability to. Brian the finance manager was awesome also. He and manager Shane McKane got me the best rate for my situation and made sure I could afford payments. Brian also discussed the extended warranty options and really knew his stuff. More

He knew his product, was not pushy, was very personable and attentive to my wants and concerns. Now I have seen that with other people while buying a car but Ed went beyond that. Most of the time after the sale, the salesperson kind of "forgets" you a bit, but not Ed. Any question or problem I have----boom----when can I help you---now thats service !! Also, Ed was not available for question I had the day after I bought my car. I spoke with Ben and he was with a customer and told me he would call back in an hour. After I hung up I thought there is no way he is going to call back, he'll forget I called----nope!---he called in about 1 hour and was very helpful and pleasant. Now thats team work ! More
