My husband would ask how much it would be if we financed "X", Vito would only reply with "yeah, I get that, but where do you need to be". Vito tried to tell me the vehicle had captains chairs, when in fact he took out the middle seat and put it in the trunk. Told me this was the only car they could sell me. Found the vehicle I wanted at their sister lot, but Vito said the website was wrong and told me this was the only one left. Almost bought what he was trying to sell me. Then I called their sister in Naperville. Michael answered ALL of my questions, if he didn't know, he found out. The vehicle I asked to be put in in Aurora WAS there, and is NOW mine, thanks to Michael. I will say, though that the sales manager that tried to help us was nice to speak with. More

However, they did everything for me that they could, and I gave up a couple of things and got a couple of others. All-in-all, I am happy with my KIA Sorrento - I had a '12, '14 and now the 2017; so, you can understand that I "really" like the vehicle. Gerald KIA personnel helped me out when I had a problem with the '14 and I never forgot it. So, I went there for this trade (lease) to pay them for their kindness. JFBaker More
