Never Again Went here and was greeted by Vito. Not very knowledgeable, was stressful to work with. We asked Vito about payments, and he was unable to answer. Vit Went here and was greeted by Vito. My husband would ask how much it would be if we financed "X", Vito would only reply with "yeah, I get that, but where do you need to be". Vito tried to tell me the vehicle had captains chairs, when in fact he took out the middle seat and put it in the trunk. Told me this was the only car they could sell me. Found the vehicle I wanted at their sister lot, but Vito said the website was wrong and told me this was the only one left. Almost bought what he was trying to sell me. Then I called their sister in Naperville. Michael answered ALL of my questions, if he didn't know, he found out. The vehicle I asked to be put in in Aurora WAS there, and is NOW mine, thanks to Michael. I will say, though that the sales manager that tried to help us was nice to speak with. More

Three weeks ago, I set out in a very difficult situation in hopes of getting out of my old, run-down vehicle. After an extremely nervous conversation, both Dan Rudnicki and Fabian Murphy took care of me. I got to drive off in my first brand new vehicle (a 2016 Kia Soul). I'm a freelance actor/choreographer and am in the car frequently and needed something that was not only budget friendly to my situation, but a safe vehicle as well. Thank you so much to the guys who took such wonderful care of me. It was my second time buying from this dealership in the last decade and I know it won't be my last!! More

Thanks to Fabian Murphy and Sean McKane, they were able to make that happen. Never in my life did I ever think about purchasing a KIA, since I have always been a Jeep girl. I was very happy with the suggestion in color that Fabian Murphy made and in turn, made my hubby happy. I look forward to servicing our vehicle at Gerald Kia in North Aurora for years to come. However, they did everything for me that they could, and I gave up a couple of things and got a couple of others. All-in-all, I am happy with my KIA Sorrento - I had a '12, '14 and now the 2017; so, you can understand that I "really" like the vehicle. Gerald KIA personnel helped me out when I had a problem with the '14 and I never forgot it. So, I went there for this trade (lease) to pay them for their kindness. JFBaker More
