Super people, super dealership I was not sure about what I wanted or the brand. Ebony and Fabian worked with me and my indecisiveness. They showed me different options, had me test drive several and even told me to go home and get my thoughts together on which route to go and come back in the morning. That meant a lot to me. They knew I was going to buy something in the very near future and the lack of pressure helped me come to the right decision for me. If I had been pressured like so many do, I might have chosen a lower end model that when I really had time to think about it that was not for me. I wanted a few more bells and whistles than I originally thought. Now I am driving my beautiful Sorento SX. Both parties benefited from patience. More

Outstanding On the list of things people hate to do, shopping for cars rates right up there with going to the dentist. However Ben at Gerald Kia was a breath of On the list of things people hate to do, shopping for cars rates right up there with going to the dentist. However Ben at Gerald Kia was a breath of fresh air. So often the sales people at car dealerships will do or say anything to make the sale. This was not our experience at Gerald Kia. We knew what we were going to be looking at and we're in no hurry to buy the car. However when we asked our questions we heard something I rarely if ever had heard from a salesperson. "I really am not sure I know the full correct answer to that question. Do you mind giving me a minute so I can get you the correct answer? ". He did not want to mislead us. So many times sales people will act like they know everything about every car. This dealership and its employees have it right. All though they did make us a offer on the car, they understood when we said we were not ready to make a decision yet. The whole experience was so comfortable for us, we ended going back later and got exactly what we wanted at a fair price. Even going through the finance department was painless. Fabyan took over where Ben left off and in no time we were out the door with our car. I would highly recommend this dealership to any family member or friend. More
