Trust is hard to come by in the car service world Took 3 unreturned voicemails and an online service request to get an appointment to get a recall taken care of. Got a $410 quote to fix a door hand Took 3 unreturned voicemails and an online service request to get an appointment to get a recall taken care of. Got a $410 quote to fix a door handle, because the part I needed was “updated by the manufacturer” and the whole assembly needed to be replace. 5 minutes on google and I have the $12 part I need and watched a 5 minute video on how to replace it. When I asked about he price, I was told it was mostly for labor because the door panel needed to be removed and wiring needed to be fix and what not. None of which needs to be done. Doesn’t really matter cause they didn’t have the parts and needed to order them anyway. Seems like a Kia service center would have Kia parts, but what do I know. The quote was also changed 3 times. When I called to ask about the price, suddenly it went down. When I told them don’t bother, I’ll just come pick up the car, it went down again. This kind of stuff makes it hard to trust these guys. My review would have been 2 stars, just because Jaime was friendly, but the free “crystal clear” car wash on my receipt twice, didn’t even get the mud and bird s*** off anything but the hood. More

We were very impressed with the sales team and Adil in particular as they all took the time to listen to our needs and concerns with purchasing a new-to-us vehicle. We weren't positive that we would find what we were looking for as we were very particular, but they helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and they worked with us to keep it mostly in our budget. They even stayed late so we could finish all the paperwork and answer any questions we had. The kindness seemed genuine and was very much appreciated, especially amidst the general stress of making a big purchase. Thank you Adil and team! More
