He calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable and relaxed about the whole process. I explained to him what I needed and he found a bunch of cars that not only fit my budget, but also took into account my dog and helped me to find a dog seat cover for the back seat that was absolutely perfect! Joe went above and beyond for me which I didn't expect but was extremely grateful for. You have to remember in the profession of sales it's your job to get the most of what you have. So don't hate the player hate the game haha. Everybody I worked with was extremely nice and helpful. The person you talk (Maxine Green) to is the phone answering team/internet managers and she was great. She didn't waste time as other dealerships did. Instead she just answered my questions and helped as needed, Our salesman (James Vanacora) was knowledgeable of the vehicle and if he didn't know something would find out asap. The Finance Manager (Ed Mierzycki) worked to get the rate I knew I would be qualified for and made it happen. He made the process smooth and fast, he made it fun to sign papers if you can believe it. Even the Sales Manager (Tim Slattery) was down to earth and friendly, and these guys are always the hard closer. The process was fast and painless beginning to end. We knew what we wanted and they had the best price in town. Also worked with us on a trade in giving us a very fair border line generous offer on the trade in. The price of the van was by far the best for what we get (before you even include the lifetime power train warranty). No other dealer came close with lower end models of the same van. If you are buying a used car, you would be insane not to buy from Gerald as they offer the lifetime warranty. I have replaced many transmissions and rebuilt a fair share of engines so this is priceless for safety sake. Which they stand by as I had many discussions with the Sales team. If you plan on keeping/running your car you can't go wrong buying form this team/dealership. I will recommend them to my family/friends for any future help. When our family needs for a different vehicle come about I will reach out to this team first. I hope this review helps you with your decision. More
