This visit was a joke. After calling ahead and confirming with Joe that 2 vehicles were available, I arrived to the dealership 40 minutes later. In summary, Joe acted like he did not remember our phone call with Joe that 2 vehicles were available, I arrived to the dealership 40 minutes later. In summary, Joe acted like he did not remember our phone call and did not remember me; told me that the vehicles were not available but in transit for delivery next week, then provided me with an initial cost in which he unilaterally added a $6,000 up charge because of an alleged demand for ... a Kia Seltos. Really? Zero customer service, zero interest in selling a vehicle, and zero professionalism. A total waste of my time. Do not waste your time with this guy. More
