Didn’t have advertised new car; spent 2.5 hours trying to sell me what I didn’t want while the appraiser would have my trade in offer “very soon”. Finally agreed to consider a used vehicle from Naperville lo sell me what I didn’t want while the appraiser would have my trade in offer “very soon”. Finally agreed to consider a used vehicle from Naperville location just to force the trade in offer. RIDICULOUS trade offer. And odometer was up 8 miles from their appraiser!!! Walked up to the appraiser asked for my keys and walked out when I saw the joke of the offer. Manager followed me to lot and was trying to sell at me keeping me from pulling out. Bought what I wanted from Napleton Kia in Elmhurst; offered 47% more (a fair offer) on trade. Unfortunate that I had to drive 40 minutes to Elmhurst for the service I expected 2 miles from my home. The ONLY reason I didn’t give this dealership one star is I purchased a used vehicle with my daughter last year and they were great; the salesperson we worked with then, Jordan, left the dealership tho he’s still listed on this site. That was a good buying experience and my daughter has had good experience with their service dept. since. More
