Service has gone down hill. Used to have great service but lately it’s been lack of contact, left in the dark, not helpful at all. We had an agreed upon price and waited months for our Telluride only to have a true “bait and switch” experience when we went to pick it up. Different prices, added equipment, etc. We were able to work o Telluride only to have a true “bait and switch” experience when we went to pick it up. Different prices, added equipment, etc. We were able to work out some of the issues but really were left in a “sorry bout it, that person made a mistake and doesn’t work here anymore” situation. I’m very happy with the car itself and communication leading up until the final day…be careful with their pricing, they add a market adjustment and act like you’re getting a steal. More
