Disappointed Jeep Owner I have had 4 Jeeps. I was treated so poorly at Jeep. I came into ly husbands Kia dealer crying with him. Told Mohammed my husbands car guy everything. I have had 4 Jeeps. I told him exactly what I needed and what I wanted t pay and he made it happen. No yelling or arguing. I’d just had a horrible experience the night before at Kia of Joliet and Quentin found me a better model of the car I was looking for! He found me a model that cost less monthly than what I was offered monthly on the lesser model at Kia of Joliet. I was in a time crunch and ending my vacation and he stayed right on track and got me exactly what I needed and more. Quentin even FaceTimed my husband with me so that he was comfortable as well since he couldn’t be there! I will continue to stay with Kia solely because of the experience I had with the management and Quentin. Every member of Gerald Kia of Naperville are welcoming and friendly.
