I had a unique situation regarding my move back to the states after being stationed in Europe for the past 6 years and the management supported my request. Daryen Amaker is a top notch salesman who fended off the "wolves" and delivered on my request to hold the vehicle after purchase until I arrived in country. I was able to score a great deal on the Subaru and Daryen bent over backwards to make the entire process seamless. I must also mention John, the finance manager, who also understood my unique situation and went out of his way to give me plenty of finance options. I highly recommend this dealership, and especially Daryen. I could not be happier with my experience! Thanks, Daryen! More
typical bait and switch so my wife and i both took a personal day off of work to go and check out and buy a car that i had been going back and forth with a salesperson on the so my wife and i both took a personal day off of work to go and check out and buy a car that i had been going back and forth with a salesperson on the phone. we agreed on the price and we drove from charleston, sc which is a 3 hour trip. we called them and told them that we are on our way and one of the salesperson said great and we will have it up front ready to go. well we got there and people were nice to start with but the car was not up front and we had to wait about 15 mins for them to bring it up. my wife and i walked around the car and she saw that the bumper had a big dent in it with paint chips taken off. apparently it had been in an accident. they said, "oh we can fix that for you." online, the bumper pictures of the dent or description was not disclosed and the carfax showed no accident reported. we continued to look and the car had not been detailed. you would think that it would if someone was going to buy it. they said, "oh we can detail it for you after you buy it." after the test drive, the quote came back 1000 more than what we agreed upon. also they acted like they were doing me a "favor" in fixing the bumper at no cost to me. should have done that when you bought it. so recap, drove 3 hours, took a personal, car been in accident, and 1000 more than agreed upon. i walked away from the deal and was not happy. on the way home i could not stop asking "why didnt they fix the bumper?" then it finally dawn of me that if they fixed the bumper it would of showed up in carfax as in being in an accident which would have further decreased the value of the car. they said that they would have fixed at no cost to me but i would have to deal with the fallout of that being on the carfax record to further devalue my investment. very dishonest in my opinion and thank you gerald jones for keeping up with the stereotype of used car salesperson being dishonest and will say anything to sell a car. More

Completely Incompetent Service Department By far the worst service department I have ever encountered in my life. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. We dropped our car off to get an oi By far the worst service department I have ever encountered in my life. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. We dropped our car off to get an oil change and check a humming noise coming from the back of our Subaru Outback last Saturday. At 5:00 pm they called and said that they changed the oil, but they did not have time to check anything else. We drop the car off again on Friday to check out the initial issue. They called at approx. 1:00 pm and said that "It "may" be both wheel bearings" We instructed them that we were going to do a single wheel bearing since we had one replaced 40,000 miles ago. They said that they would do that. Approximately 2 hours later the service department called my wife to say they had taken it upon themselves to break a bolt on our vehicle (which made it undriveable) and that "it was going to have to be broken anyway to repair the bearing (never called to receive consent to break the bolt). They also did not have the wheel bearing in stock, and had to order one (which arrived late today) so we were left without a vehicle for four days. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the clerk said that "it may be all four bearings" and that he drove it earlier today and hands us a check that includes the charges for time, the wheel bearing (that arrived today after 1 pm) and the BOLT THAT THEY BROKE! At this point I couldn't stay quiet any longer and demanded that we not be charged for a part that was broken by their service department without our consent (also leaving us without a vehicle for all-together 5 days), and today diagnosing an entirely new problem! The quality and customer service I received was beyond unacceptable, and the sheer incompetence was undeniable. I will ensure that I spread the word about the service I received More
