We came into the dealership to look at the Ford Fusion Titaniums. Mark was was quick to show us what he had on the lot, and offered to let us take it for a test drive. He was very friendly, attentive, personable, and not overly pushy as we have previously experienced with other car salesmen. We loved the car, however, we are not wanting to buy new, rather we are interested in a used Fusion. There aren't currently any available, however, Mark put us in the system and will look out for one for us. We do not like the car buying experience, but Mark's personality made the process so far rather comfortable for us. We would definitely purchase a vehicle from Mark! More

Shannon Saxon goes out of her way to get things accomplished when dealing with my vehicle. She also is a responsive and courteous service representative that takes her job seriously by understandi accomplished when dealing with my vehicle. She also is a responsive and courteous service representative that takes her job seriously by understanding the issues with my vehicle and gets the work completed as promised. She always keeps me informed on the status of the repair and notifies me if the work scope needs to be tailored. She sticks with my issues until resolved. She is also a great asset to the company and should be recommended for a pay raise because of all the things she accomplishes within a day and throughout the week. I I have bought two cars from Bobby Jones Ford and both times Bobby and Jesse have treated me and my children like FAMILY. They have went above and beyond to make sure not only myself was happy but my chil times Bobby and Jesse have treated me and my children like FAMILY. They have went above and beyond to make sure not only myself was happy but my children as well, when they got hungry, they got them something to eat!! I have never been to a dealership thus far where they go out of their way to make sure your children are also happy. This is my second purchase from Bobby Jones Ford and when the time comes for a third I will be back at Bobby Jones, No doubt it!!!! I came my second time with a unique situation, they both treated me like with the upmost respect and concern and told me they would help me out the best that could and they did and they even stayed late to make sure I got what I needed. They both were extremely knowledgeable and use that knowledge to get me what I needed. Though I did not buy a Ford this time and had to down grade, I was still treated as if I did. To this day, If I have a concern, I call Bobby or Jesse and they get right on it and answer any questions I have. I would/ and will recommend anyone I know to go out and see Bobby and Jesse if they are looking to buy or trade a vehicle. I trust both of them and I know it to them its about making the customer Happy and That's a fact Jack :) More

I hope as long as you'er working as a sale reprentive I feel comfortable coming back to Bobby Jone's to buy again as well as recommend this company to my friends and associates. However, I must say that I was looking to received more for my 2003 F150 truck with very low mileage, in or about $9000-10000. This may have been a little bit of a long shot but the company only provied my with $7500. My truck only stade on the lot about 2-3 days at the longes and it sold. That proved that it was a hot salling itiem which the company knew it would sale soon. Thank you for your service and salemanship. More

We submitted our interest online and were contacted the very next day by John Bowers. When we arrived at the dealership, John had several vehicles to show us that matched what we were looking for. The selection process and test drive were great, John was well prepared to assist us and his friendly demeanor was refreshing, he worked very hard to give us a great deal. I was also very impressed with JR Sheinutt, he explained the Ford ESP (Extended Service Plan) and the options we had to choose from., JR did not try to over sell the plan, I felt he was there to ensure that I received the detailed information needed to make the choice that was best for me. It was the best car buying experience I have every had, it was like doing business with friends. Bobby Jones Ford will be my first stop for my future car buying needs. More
My vehicle broke down 3 hours from my home in South Carolina. I was meeting my mom (who was driving from Florida) to pick up my son. Long story short, Shannon had a wrecker come pick me and the explorer up and bring us to Boby jones ford. The technician looked at it and determined my engine had blown up and there was barely any oil in it. They were floored when I told them I just got an oil change that day. So , I had to sit there and wait for my mom to come pick me up and take me and my son home to South Carolina from Florida. We had to complain to Firestone and tell them what happened. At first they didn't want to take responsibility, hoping I would just go away. But I kept on and finally got their attention after threatening to get a lawyer. They sent their insurance adjuster out and people from the corporate office had to speak with Shannon and she remembered weeks later the bind that I was in, having to sit there and wait, and being stuck on the side of the road in a town that I didn't know in the heat with no AC since my engine wouldn't turn over. I give this dealership and it's employees 5 stars for sure. There were other people there that provided excellent customer service as we'll, I just didn't get their names. More
