My Jeep decided to run hot today and I call the salesman that sold it to me. Told him about the issue of the Jeep running hot. He said to let him see what he can do. 20 mins later he calls back and tells me that they do not have a loaner car to provide me with to get to work. I told him that I expected a loaner since the Jeep was still under there warranty. When he calls me back he told me that his manager said that they did not have a car for me to use to go back and forth to work. At this time I told him to tell his manager that if they sent a tow truck to get the jeep and did not provide me with a way to work that they would need to keep the Jeep. He called me back and told me I would be getting a comparable vehicle to my loaded 2010 Jeep SRT8 $33K…. 2007ford fusion that was a recent trade $10k . When the car showed up, it was dirty inside and out, still had smoke residue on the windows, there were foot prints on the windows and the door behind the driver would not open. This is not the way a customer with my clout should be treated. Thinking about taking both cars back over this! They explained the mix up and gave me a 2014 navigatior while my jeep is being repaired. All is well More
