He took us directly to the car my daughter was interested in, showed us all of its features, let us take it for a test drive, and thoroughly answered all of our questions. The personalized service didn't stop there. The next day I brought my father and brother in to inspect the vehicle. Again, Bobby was more than gracious in answering questions. To further extend personalized customer service, two days later Bobby assisted us in surprising my daughter with the purchase by having the car cleaned pristinely and brought into the showroom with a big red bow on it! When we arrived at the dealership with my daughter, Bobby told her that the car she wanted had been sold but that he had another one to show her. He walked her into the showroom and to her surprise was her car with the red bow, a Bobby Jones plate that read "Happy Early Birthday Imani" and another plate in which all of the salesman had signed. Bobby and the staff went above and beyond! More
