We took the car for a test ride, and Todd was the nicest guy you could ever meet and probably the best sales person I have ever been in contact with. He helped any way he could. And now he got me in a 2015 Ford Mustang. It's funny because I didnt plan to buy a new car, the people and customer service was that great. Oil Change - New vehicle I took my 2013 Explorer in for an oil change and had time to walk the lot and look at the 2015 or 2016 Explorers. Initially I only saw two Explorers o I took my 2013 Explorer in for an oil change and had time to walk the lot and look at the 2015 or 2016 Explorers. Initially I only saw two Explorers on the lot but Martin Taylor directed me to the area of the lot where the 2015 and 2016 Explorers were located. I explained to Martin that I had no intentions on buying a vehicle, but he was still took the time to get the keys, walk the lot in the 95 plus degree weather (me in T-shirt and shorts/ Martin in shirt, tie and slacks) and explain the various features on the Base, Sport and XLT Explorers. His professionalism, knowledge of the vehicles, and calm demeanor in the Georgia heat convinced me that if he will endure this heat just to show me the features of the vehicles, I know he will do all he can to get me the best deal on a vehicle. Martin did get me the best deal possible, in the payment range that is comfortable for me.... It was truly a pleasure doing business with Martin, a wise choice by the Bobby Jones staff to bring Martin to the team!!!. More

Michael was off on the day I picked up my Lincoln MKX and John Bowers handled the paperwork. He was also very nice to work with and efficient in explaining the bells and whistles on the car. Michael even let me do the negotiating by phone. I'm also very impressed by their pre-owned certified program. That's what I bought and am very happy one week out.
