He handles all of my questions and concerns in a very professional manner and seems to treat his customers in a very respectable and fair way. When purchasing the same vehicle previously, he went above and beyond as a car salesman to make sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered, and made sure that I was happy with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable, and accommodating and made sure I was able to get a car that I was comfortable in before I bought it. Lou made the whole experience a comfortable one. More

He used his knowledge of the Ford products and directed us to a new Ford Explorer. He took time to answer all our questions and concerns on the Explorer, plus showing us how to use all the new devises that are in this model. He even got the color we wanted. Jay is the MAN! I was scheduled to meet with one of the sales people regarding trading in my truck. Man, was I lucky to get Jay Williams. He was a kind and polite per I was scheduled to meet with one of the sales people regarding trading in my truck. Man, was I lucky to get Jay Williams. He was a kind and polite person who offered me something to drink before we even sat down, which I appreciate because I'm a cancer survivor who has dry mouth and I have to drink water just to speak. Jay took his time with me; I think I was there for a total of 7-8 hours that day, test driving trucks, negotiating back and forth. He was a great salesman and eventually sold me the new truck, which, by the way, I am loving. More importantly than that sales day, it was after the sale that Jay really shined. He assisted me out at my old truck, removing the bed cover for me because I have osteoporosis of the spine and a broken back in two places and could not do it by myself. After this day, Jay called me to check on me and my truck and make sure I was feeling well, asking if he could do anything for me. Then, even after this, I had brought my new truck in to receive the Stone-X Treatment and the other treatment for inside of the truck. Sometime during that time, (Saturday, October 3), when I got home, I noticed that my left front tire was leaking audibly. I found a screw in my tire. I immediately called Jay, he said to bring it in, even though it was close to 3pm (closing time). I brought it in, they arranged a rental for me and replaced the tire on my truck on Monday. I had a wonderful experience in buying my new truck and Jay was integral to the entire process, working with the Finance and Sales Department seamlessly and bending over backwards, working late, and going above and beyond to help me. His communication (which I believe is very important in any type of relationship - personal or professional) was spot on. I never felt hung out to dry or helpless. After this, my truck needed further Stone-X treatment 2 weeks later on October 17. I wasn't feeling well because of my disease and had no way to get my car into Ford. Jay immediately offered to drive out and pick up my truck for the treatment, get it done, and bring it back to my house. I was amazed that people would even do that. I wish there were more stars that I could give Jay Williams than 5, because he deserves more. I feel that in the future even, I am in good hands with Jay at Ford, where I hope he continues to work so if I run into any other problems or concerns, I can be assured he will take care of it and me.
