Smoothest car buying experience ever. I went in already knowing what I wanted. Had seen the car, but didn't know the price as it wasn't even on the bobbyhjonesford.com's website. I met with Eddie Walden and within less than 20 minutes we had arrived at an acceptable price on a great first car for my son. While sitting in the finance managers office Eddie came in and handed me a "We Owe" slip for floor mats as we both had missed it on the inspection. I am very pleased with my experience. More
NO HELP FROM DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!! On October 28, 2015, my husband and I purchased a 2006 Explorer from Bobby Jones Ford, we drove 90 miles home and by the time we got home the car was On October 28, 2015, my husband and I purchased a 2006 Explorer from Bobby Jones Ford, we drove 90 miles home and by the time we got home the car was running rough and skipping, so we took to our mechanic, who has been in business for 30 years +. They were able to put the car on the scope and it pulled several codes: Engine P0304, cyl 4 misfire, P0316, Misfire on startup, Air Bag: B2290 Front Occupant call. status, B1318 Low Battery Voltage At Module, B229b, FR Occupant Class.. Obstruction, Theft: B2097 Compass Module FAIL, U2013 Compass Module NO Response, B1681 Parts Transceiver Module Signal, these are just a few of the codes that were pulled up. Since the Explorer was misfiring on cyl. 4 we had a tune up done on the car, we replaced the plugs with the correct ones, it had copper in and needed platinum, replaced all the plug wires, fuel filter, rt. front turn signal was not working so we replaced that, along with a faulty light pigtail that was taped together and headlight . I picked up the car and drove home thinking everything was OK. I drove to the store the next day and the car started skipping again took back to shop and found out after they pulled a vacuum on the car and took the plug back out that it was blowing anti-freeze out the #4 cylinder, so now we have a possible blown head gasket, which is even a bigger expense . We called the dealership to see if there was anything that they could do to help us with the expense. We were that Donna Golden, General Manager, said if there was something wrong with the car they would have found it before it left the dealership. So whatever was wrong happened after we left the dealership in Augusta. If they had put the car on a scope and REALLY checked it out they would have found these problems, I think they just wanted to sell it to get off their lot since it had been sitting there for 99 days and get their money out of it. The codes that I listed above are not things that go wrong driving 90 miles and these are just a few of the things wrong with the car. I could keep going on but I will not ALL I CAN TELL YOU IS TO WATCH YOUR PURCHASES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU BUY A USED CAR. More

He handled everything all we had to do was provide the answers to the questions and sign the documents once the loan was approved.
