Truck Purchase I went to several dealers in the area. A few had what I was looking for, but something didn't feel right. When I went to Bobby Jones Ford I met Eddi I went to several dealers in the area. A few had what I was looking for, but something didn't feel right. When I went to Bobby Jones Ford I met Eddie Walden. He was by far the most personable salesman that I've ever met. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately knew that he had one in stock and brought it down for me to look at. He helped me make a deal in less than 20 minutes. While I was waiting to go to the finance office I chatted with Eddie. He Made this car buying experience the most stress free that I've ever had. I recommend Bobby Jones Ford and definitely Eddie Walden to everyone. Need to add that the sales manager, Jesse Strickland and the finance manager Erik Hensley were top notch as well. More

Service Dept Issues Summary: -Took 2013 Ford Focus in early Nov 2015 for water leak repair/routine maintenance -Technicians took several weeks to figure out why air was Summary: -Took 2013 Ford Focus in early Nov 2015 for water leak repair/routine maintenance -Technicians took several weeks to figure out why air wasn't vented into car after leak resolved -Technicians cracked windshield after all issues resolved -Very little communication from Service Dept concerning my car -Car finally ready for pick-up Dec 4th -Shannon Saxon still very helpful/professional Problems: -Technicians seem careless/incompetent/overworked -Repairs seemed to take longer than reasonable for unspecified reasons -Lack of communication/updating customer Long Review: I took my 2013 Ford Focus in for an appointment in early November 2015 for a water leak into the passenger compartment of my car, as well as for necessary routine maintenance. The Service Department sufficiently completed the routine maintenance and identified/corrected the source of the leak in a timely manner; however, this is where several red flags arose. Upon completion of the requisite repair/routine maintenance, the service technicians somehow failed to connect all of the linkages controlling air being vented into the passenger compartment, and took them over 2 weeks to identify the source of the problem and correct it. Once they figured out that issue, a technician cracked my windshield as the dashboard was put back in my car. My car was then finally ready for pick-up December 4, 2015. I find it completely unacceptable that Certified Ford Technicians would have this much difficulty with a Ford vehicle and act this carelessly with a customer's vehicle. On top of that, Shannon Saxon, my Service Adviser, rarely contacted me with updates concerning my car. I had to call them constantly, and/or go visit them for updates. Communication is essential, without communication, timely repairs and guidance cannot be exchanged between the dealership and the customer. However, I am grateful that Shannon Saxon was friendly and professional the entire time, even when I was frustrated over all the shenanigans. She also covered my rental car when it was apparent my car would not be ready for a long time. Also, she owned up for the technicians' shortcomings and covered all repairs caused by their carelessness/incompetence/whatever. Based on this recent experience with the Bobby Jones Ford Service Dept, I will take my business elsewhere. I am done dealing with the Service Dept technicians and their shoddy work. I will now take my vehicle either to Satcher Ford, or an independent, credible auto repair shop. Oh yea, and I am, up to this point so far, a loyal Ford buyer, and my Mom works for Ford. More
