A+ (salesman) D- (sales manager) My salesman, JB was highly professional, very helpful and very respectful. That was not true of the Sales Manager, Mike Cino. He was rude, incredibl My salesman, JB was highly professional, very helpful and very respectful. That was not true of the Sales Manager, Mike Cino. He was rude, incredibly pushy and very disrespectful. I told him I wanted to think about my purchase over night. He would not accept that. He was unrelentingly in his demand for me to buy the car that very day, no matter how I objected. He also made fun of me that I didn't know what year my trade-in car was. I am 72 years old, and a very recent widow. I know nothing about cars, at all. The only reason I bought a Hyundai was because of the Service Department. In the past, they were truly wonderful, and always respectful despite my ignorance of about my car. After this encounter with Mike, I cried all the way home. The only thing I could think of is that Mike would never have treated me that way if my husband was with me. I just made me feel all the worse. When I complained to one of the other managers about Mike's behavior, he laughed and called him a "guard dog." Hyundai sells cars for the product reliability, service and availability, not by being mean-spirited and demanding with your customers, like me. Especially as I deal with the very recent death of my husband, Because of Mike, it was a very sad, stressful and upsetting experience. As I said earlier in this survey, JB, the salesman I dealt with was wonderful. I have absolutely only praise and thanks for his service. I do not want to talk to Mike again...ever.
