Worst Car Buying Experience Ever First I would like to say I have purchased 4 Hyundai vehicles 2 from this dealer before. However, this purchase was the worst experience ever. Fr First I would like to say I have purchased 4 Hyundai vehicles 2 from this dealer before. However, this purchase was the worst experience ever. From when we parked our car a sales person was at the car before I even opened my door. The test drive we went around the block the shortest possible loop. There was not even enough time to turn on the radio. Once sitting down to negotiate the wheels fell off. The manager was aggressive to the point I told him multiple times I was going to leave. However we needed to buy a car and had limited time. It took almost 3 hours from completing the test drive to completing the sale. A couple days after the sale we got a call and email from the dealership that they forgot to give us a copy of our credit report and needed us to come in a sign them. Then later I found out the sales person gave the finance guy the wrong stock number and all of the paperwork had the wrong vin number on them. The manager was aggressive and made me feel like it was my fault and problem, almost threatening tone to get me to come in and fill out all new paperwork. He assured me when I came in it would only take 15 min. When I was able to stop in the manager was off. I stood at the desk for almost 15 min before anyone asked me if I needed anything. However when I get there I find out that the vin of the car bought on paper was over $1000 more than the car I test drove and took home. The dealer did not understand why I was upset and was dismissive. The manager was not in and I talked to the managing partner and he slammed down his water getting me wet and acused me of trying to take advantage of the dealership when this was their error. I left until I spoke to the manager again. It took me 2 more trips to the dealer to compete this process. The dealer offered me a check for the differace between the invoices between the cars. The admin office was closed and he insured me he would get check first thing I the morning. I asked him to mail it because I did not want to make another trip to the dealer. I contacted the dealer 5 days later when the check had not arrived. They assured me it had been mailed. Blamed the post office and sarcastically reminded me I could have picked it up. 2 days later I received the check via FedEx overnight and they had not even printed the label until I called them to find out where the check was. Personally if it was me and I was the dealer and I knew I had an upset customer due to an error the dealer caused I would have gone out of my way to be apologetic and made sure every detail was attended to to try to repair the relationship. I will never return to this dealership for a sale or service. I will no longer recommend the dealer to friends and family. Honestly on our next car purchase we will consider other brands. More
