I brought in my Chevy Volt for a battery issue. Instead of them recognizing that the battery is not operating as designed, they accused me of driving the car to too low of electric range. If they knew anything about PHEVs, the software and car are designed to turn on the engine to prevent undervoltage. So the fact that this failed on me and threw a code indicates a failing HV cell. Instead of troubleshooting this (which is still under warranty) they blamed me for it and charged me $360 to clear out the code. I made multiple attempts to complain to the service rep that I didn't think this was right, but she just threw up her hands. I initially didn't blame her for it, but after a lot of thought, she is the one managing the process. Would be happy to change this to 5 stars if they honored the warranty instead of blaming me for something I have no control over. More

Then Mike took over to complete my sale and he was so nice and taught me so much about my new EV and got me set up on the app. Finance breezed through the paperwork and did not pressure me into buying any upgrades or warranties I didn’t want. I came back the next day and picked up the car and it was all charged and cleaned. Mike even friended me on Facebook and took a picture of me with my new car. I felt like I was being welcomed into a warm and supportive family. More

Seven days later, they called me and told me there’s nothing wrong with the truck and i can pick it up. When I picked it up, the engine light wasn’t there no more , the next day when I start the truck in the morning, the engine light was back on and there’s a lot of noises coming from the engine I couldn’t even move the truck . With.esc message. And it’s a brand new Silverado 1500 LTD bought it from George Moore Chevrolet . Very bad experience not going back there for service or for new vehicle. Any more More
