CLled to set appt for oil change, tire rotation and to empty tires that had a little air in them mixed with nitrogen so I wanted air out and all gS put back in...he said ok but after it was ready then th empty tires that had a little air in them mixed with nitrogen so I wanted air out and all gS put back in...he said ok but after it was ready then they proceeded to say nitrogen machine was broke now for 6 months...when I called to make appt they didn't tell me that...they just wanted to take my money for the oilchznge ND they new it was broke for over 6 months. They did this to me on my preview oil change as well thats why I mentioned again the nitrogen but he never said it sS still broke...smh...shady.Tired of being lied to because I'm a woman! Not happy at all. More
First visit free Oil change took 3 hours. Invoice mentioned courtesy car Wash. I didn’t expect much and they didn’t disappoint. Bird crap was still there upon pickup. Invoice said they rotated tires. If that happened they forgot to put air in all the right side tires. 38lbs on the left 35 lbs on the right. I just decided to check. I guess today I’m going to check and make sure they filled the up to the line? Maybe free first oil changed with purchase of new vehicle is a little over rated. Just not their day I guess More
Service was good but appearance of my car after was not! Paper floor mat was left in vehicle along with the plastic seat covering.
