As long as I am in Florida, I will be going to George Moore Chevrolet! They have fantastic customer service! I worked with Allen over the course of a month to figure out which vehicle I wanted and the be Moore Chevrolet! They have fantastic customer service! I worked with Allen over the course of a month to figure out which vehicle I wanted and the best possible price I could get it for. I even traded in my 2 older vehicles for a brand new 2012. I felt that Allen was a Great salesman and he was knowledgable and kind. He didn't rush me or push me to purchase a vehicle right away. And he worked with the deadline I had. Great work Allen!!!! More

This was the 3rd car that we have bought from Dallas and George Moore Chevy and the service was excellent as always with Dallas and Justin. We went in on a Thursday night and told them what we were looking George Moore Chevy and the service was excellent as always with Dallas and Justin. We went in on a Thursday night and told them what we were looking for and they had it and worked with us and didn’t try to steer us to something else like other dealers also there was no pressure from the start which was great. George Moore Chevrolet has a great reputation in the Jacksonville community. This is my first time dealing with them, although my wife and I have owned GM products in the past. Rick and the entire staff at George Moore Chevrolet were more than helpful in replacing the clutch on my 2008 Corvette. I realized my clutch was slipping and took it to them, since I knew they were a certi more than helpful in replacing the clutch on my 2008 Corvette. I realized my clutch was slipping and took it to them, since I knew they were a certified GM dealer (and they were close by). They diagnosed the problem, laid out the repair options, and explained all the processes and requirements. The clutch had been faulty since I purchased the car (took time to realize that it was actually slipping), so the George Moore management went well over the extra mile to get Chevy to cover the costs. It was quite a shock to see such a major dealer, located in a large city, go that extra distance just for a clutch repair. I highly recommend the George Moore team to anyone in the Jacksonville area. More
