Sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with our service provided. We replaced your transmission then a year later performed warranty repairs on it. Which we certainly understand the frustration with that. What seems to trigger this review is when you came in recently with a completely different concern unrelated to the transmission, the vehicle was stalling out. After speaking to the advisor handling your concerns he informed me you did not want to proceed with the $130 diagnosis for concern. This is standard procedure and required to work on any vehicle. If the cause of concern ended up being related to transmission repairs then no charge would be applied to you. Kevin is our Service Lane Manager and did not speak to you as stated in review. Feel free to reach out as we always like turning negative reviews into positive experiences
