In the market for a new Colorado work truck. Was offered $3,000. less for my car then it was worth. When I questioned it I was told my car wasn't in as good of condition as I thought. I had just received an offer the day before from another dealer for $3,000 more then G Moore offered. The next day I received an offer for $2,940 more then Moore offered and the Colorado LT was listed for what Moore had the WT listed for. So I purchased the LT. I upgraded the truck I bought and received almost $3,000 more for my trade. Moore knew what I was looking for as far as a monthly trade goes and they offered just enough for my vehicle ti get me in the range I wanted to be in. Imagine being offered $3,000. Less for a trade then what it's worth and what another dealer purchased it for. Also to have the salesmen say your trade wasn't in as good of shape as you thought . Funny two other dealers didn't see it that way. It was a big waste of time, an insult to my vehicles value and my intelligence. What a joke! More

Less than truthful.Dont even work on your car everyday, they have had my truck 2 months.The part we have been waiting on has sat on the shipping pallet for over 2 weeks now. Im on the 3rd service rep,Kevin they have had my truck 2 months.The part we have been waiting on has sat on the shipping pallet for over 2 weeks now. Im on the 3rd service rep,Kevin and havent heard from him in 2weeks.Ive had to spend over $1500 on a rental, and still have no idea when they will have it done.Be aware that they screen calls too. Just stay away from this dealership, customer service is nonexistent. More

Drop-off was fast and easy. They identified some issues with my brakes as well, contacted me before proceeding, and were still able to get them fixed up and get my car back to me before the quoted pick-up time. My vehicle is stopping on a dime now! I never would have known the brakes needed work if the service department had not done their due diligence. It's made a huge difference. Excellent, fast, friendly customer service! I will definitely be bringing in my other vehicles soon! More
Don't trust them to do a serious check up of your used vehicle. They just rush through it to get it on the lot. I bought a 2011 from them in Jan 2021. Then I find out they don't know how or care if the oi vehicle. They just rush through it to get it on the lot. I bought a 2011 from them in Jan 2021. Then I find out they don't know how or care if the oil filter is tightened all the way. i crawled under truck and it was finger loose !! Now my wife is on the road somewhere, I'm over seas, the alternator went bad, and now the battery is dead. !! I am a military contractor for the Navy. Obviously, When I return from Japan, I'm not going to George Moore for a new truck. Very poor customer service and very poor follow up. I won't go back there. More
