I took my Traverse in because I thought I needed an oil change and one of my tire sensors didn’t seem to be working properly. Raymond told me I didn’t need an oil change (saving me $100) and reset all the change and one of my tire sensors didn’t seem to be working properly. Raymond told me I didn’t need an oil change (saving me $100) and reset all the sensors and did a safety check and washed and vacuumed Queenie and ubered me to work and back and didn’t charge me anything - literally couldn’t believe it! Such great service. More

Gabe was very professional and helpful. There was a data entry error in their computer linking me to another customer which was aggravating me to no end! He skillfully de-escalated the situ There was a data entry error in their computer linking me to another customer which was aggravating me to no end!
