I had to order and chase down my own parts because Chevrolet. My service advisor, Kevin, never called me back or followed up throughout the process. I had to order and chase down my own parts because he failed to do so, which delayed the entire process by over a month. There was a complete lack of communication and accountability. I ended up with a $300 bill,a large area of missing paint on my passenger side fender, and each of the four tires I was offered a courtesy car wash.
