I was highly satisfied with David Rome. His efforts are much appreciated. However the performance of Nate Bailey, I felt was somewhat underhanded and increased my loan payment significantly. Thus, my overall experience was tainted. More

I wanted to do most of my deal over the phone. I wanted to trade-in a vehicle that had decent fuel economy for a vehicle that had excellent fuel economy.
