I have been a customer of George Moore Chevrolet for quite a while now. This is the second Chevrolet product which I've had serviced by them. Carlos Gil, was my first service writer, and really treated quite a while now. This is the second Chevrolet product which I've had serviced by them. Carlos Gil, was my first service writer, and really treated me like I was always important. Richard Graham is my technician of choice to service my vehicle, why....because he does the job right the first time. Never have I once had to come back due to something not being done. Any and all questions or concerns I have are answered to the best of their ability. Since Carlos has left, Jimmy Rushford has been my service writer and has treated me just the exact same as Carlos. Very friendly, respectful, professional, and answers all my questions if he can. I've wanted to get the owner's email address and send him an email praising the service dept. I can't leave out Mike the service manager, he has also helped me out and answered some of my questions. Overall, I love this dealership and practically know almost everyone who works there which tells anyone just exactly how often I service my car here. I could go on and on, but I will leave it here by saying this: Thank you Jimmy Rushford, Richard Graham, other employees whom I speak to, and most importantly George Moore for reopening your dealership. More
This dealership is fabulous for service department. I have just moved back to Florida from Virginia and needed to take my Equinox in for a recall item. They took me without an appointment, gave me a courtesy ride back home, and then picked me up when my car was ready. Plus they wash and vacuum as part of their service at no charge. These guys know what it takes to deliver great customer service. I will be back, and I will recommend them to everyone. More
The sales person was awesome. its the finance dept that killed the deal, they are virtually clueless. Allowed the SAME company Regional Accept. to pull credit over twenty times. I went into George Moore because I'd been experiencing some slight vibration in my car while driving. I thought it might have been the wheel balance, but I was not sure. He thoroughly explained how the mechanic had fixed the problem and what had caused it, and didn't treat me like an idiot for not knowing much about cars. I will be continue going to George Moore for my car maintenance. More

I had contacted another Chevy dealership in town and described to them the car I was looking for and what I wanted to do. I was told no problem come on it we can work the deal. Since I hate to buy a car I thought being proactive would help to reduce the "haggle" part of the deal and I could just go in and do it. I am an accountant so my information was exact and it was very easy to say yes or no too. Instead I go and was asked "is your husband with you?" I was livid and left. Then I sent a email to Justin Moore and did the exact same thing, he said let him check on it and he would get back to me. He contacted me told me he could do the deal and I went in and purchased my Equlnox and was done in less than 1 hour! I loved this dealership so much that I did take my husband back - - to buy his new truck! Then I also took my daughter (21 yrs) and she purchased a new car. I recommended them to my friends at church and they bought a new car. I truely love this dealership and how they treat you with respect - even woman!! More

Last Friday 1/11/13 I had an appointment to have my car evaluated for two things that had to be repaired. I was met by Jimmy Rushford and he took all my information and assured me he would inform me of th evaluated for two things that had to be repaired. I find that the service I received from Jimmy as a new employee to George Moore that he was very helpful, curtious and a true customer service guy. I want to thank both Barry Macon & David Rome for all their help in helping me select the very nice 2009 Impala LTZ you had on your lot. I first spoke to Barry about the car and the trade on my current their help in helping me select the very nice 2009 Impala LTZ you had on your lot. I first spoke to Barry about the car and the trade on my current car. He gave me my expected trade value for my car and showed me the Impala at that point I told Barry I wanted to go to a few more places and I would get back to him and asked for his card and went on. I did my shopping around and decided I had been given the best deal at George Moore so I returned to see what kind of a deal we could make for the Impala. When I returned Barry was helping another customer so he sent David Rome over to help me. David got all my info together and we then sat down to discuss the deal. He was very aware I had a certain amount for the car that I was going to be able to afford and did everything in his power to make that happen for me. I was very pleased with the final outcome and excited to drive home in my new used car. Once I finished the financing part of the deal David MADE SURE I HAD a great understanding of all the bells and whistles this car had arranged and helped me to set up the OnStar and XM Radio features befor I left as well. My over all experience that day buying this car was excellent and I appreaciale all of the effort that BOTH Barry and David showed me as it is a great feeling to get good service. Thanks guys. More
Dave was great, made the normal stress of buying a car very tolerable. He knew the answer to literally every question I asked about the vehicles and options.
