I'll start this review with by saying that when I first called Dave to inquire about the vehicle I was looking at he immediately asked me how I was and how my Ford Focus was treating me. Now I haven't had called Dave to inquire about the vehicle I was looking at he immediately asked me how I was and how my Ford Focus was treating me. Now I haven't had a Ford Focus in over 10 years and it so happens that Dave was the one that sold it to me back then. I was floored that he remembered working together so many years ago and knew right away that this was someone that took pride in his craft. Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Top notch communication from my initial inquiry until I walked out with new vehicle. Dave had answers to every question I could have possibly thought up and it was apparent that he prepared for me to arrive as he knew everything there was to know about the car I was interested in. Most importantly, I had the sense that Dave actually cared about what I wanted. I have been in the market for a new vehicle for the last two months and came across numerous salesmen who tried to force me to commit to a deal when I wasn't ready. One of which who became upset with me because I wouldn't agree to purchase without having an "engine light" issue addressed prior. Needless to say Dave's ability to connect with a customer is what dealerships should look for when hiring. The man should teach a class on Customer Service. Dave made sure all of my concerns were addressed in the moment and strived to alleviate any stress I may have had throughout the process. Went to Gentilini Ford for the first time, would highly recommend. I’m not a huge fan of car dealerships but Dave Sage was awesome and the whole process was seamless and transparent.
