Great Experience Buying My First New Car! After my vehicle was totaled I needed to find a car quickly and at a good price. My sales associate Jessie provided quick pricing when I asked and graciously worked with her sales manager Joe to match pricing from another dealership I did not have a good experience with. I desperately wanted the Cool Gray Khaki color for my Crosstrek but they did not have any in stock however they had a few in transit so I would have to wait. The sales manager offered me a loaner vehicle until the car came in when I lost my rental once my car was deemed totaled. They truly went above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted instead of letting me settle for a different color. The business manager I worked with, James Sands, was thorough, helpful and personable. He didn't try to pressure me into any of the extra insurances or warranties, just explained them and offered them. I've sat in on a few other people's purchases in the business office and my experience was far more pleasant than any of theirs! The delivery specialist John Russell took his time explaining every little part of my new car and showed me every button and feature before I drove off the lot. I will gladly be recommending the dealership to others. More
