Great resolution to issues w/charges from recent service. I recently brought my Subaru in for service including wiper repair as well as regular maintenance work. I had provided Ralph at the Center Subaru ser I recently brought my Subaru in for service including wiper repair as well as regular maintenance work. I had provided Ralph at the Center Subaru service desk with a list of service items which I had received from the place I had gotten my oil changed. When my car was ready, I paid my bill and left. As I reviewed my bill later, there was a charge for the diagnosis of the maintenance work. I didn’t understand why I’d be charged for this since I had provided the list to Center Subaru. So when I was invited to fill out a review I gave center Subaru only 1 star because I was upset. Then I contacted Liza and let her know my issues. She very quickly escalated this to Wayne who called me promptly to discuss. He (very patiently) clarified the charges and at the end or our conversation offered me a credit for the next time I needed service work. I was unable to go back to my original review to update and change the rating so I decided to post this “supplemental” review. I appreciate the effort from both Liza and Wayne to resolve my problem in a way that was satisfactory to me and makes me want to keep coming back here for my Subaru service needs. Thank You! More

Excellent Service at a Trustworthy Dealership Our Subaru Crosstrek randomly would not release the key from the ignition and depending on where we were, could leave the vehicle vulnerable to be sto Our Subaru Crosstrek randomly would not release the key from the ignition and depending on where we were, could leave the vehicle vulnerable to be stolen. I called Center Subaru from work and they were able to take the car in for service the very next day. I also requested that they wash and vac the car. About an hour after making the call, Liza Wynne contacted me to confirm the service appointment. Very shortly after dropping off the vehicle the next day, Mark Orcutt called to let me know exactly what was causing the ignition problem and the exact amount it would cost to repair. That was good to know early in the day, just in case it would be an expensive repair, yet it actually was at great pricing. Mark called me when the repair was completed and Liza texted me as well. To my surprise, when I picked up the car, I found that they didn’t charge me to wash and vac the car and they even treated the tires and rims. Of course, I was willing to pay for the extra service, yet was happy to find out it was complimentary that time. A couple days later Liza contacted me to make sure everything was going well, which of course it was. Now my key can be removed from the ignition and there’s no chance it can get stolen, thanks to Center Subaru. More

Although we went in with a car in mind already off of the website, Nick was very helpful in the entire process. He was friendly, straight to the point, and didn’t waste any of my time with a typical sales person pitch. I didn’t feel bombarded or pressured to buy anything, which usually happens at a dealership. The business manager was friendly and honest as well. I am very satisfied with my purchase and experience, and would recommend them to others without hesitation. More
