The experience was very calm and we didn't feel pressured to make a sale, nor did we feel we would lose out on an opportunity if we decided to take time to think about our decision further. They definitely exceeded my expectations and I walked out feeling great about my new car purchase. I sat down with Jonathan and we went over the main features I wanted and didn't want. I wanted a specific color and they were able to locate one nearby that fit the needs on my list. This was my first new car purchase, and it went very smooth for me. Greg in Finance went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for me to be good to go with this new car. Mike showed me all the features of the car so I was comfortable using it. Brought in my ‘19 Forester for its 24k service. I utilized the Express Service and was in/out in less than 30 mins. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. Yesterday I had to hav I have been dealing with Center Subaru for years! I have purchased 5 new Subaru's over the years, plus a couple of used cars. Yesterday I had to have my brakes done. I couldn't afford to do both the brakes and the 30,000-mile check-up so I had to put that off. But then Ralph called me and completely surprised me telling me that the brakes were under warranty! So, I got it all done and a recall too! Center Subaru is a great dealership and I recommend them very highly. They have always been happy with everyone I dealt with. My daughter was with me and we talked to Andy Maiolo who introduced us to Mike Perschino for her to purchase a used car. She is going Saturday to check that out. I am sure she will get a great deal.
