Would buy another vehicle with him as the salesperson without hesitation. Had a similar experience with Greg Shenas in the FInance Department. That is the part of buying a car of most concern to me but, again, that was unnecessary. He was personable, patient with questions, gave clear explanations, and made the transaction as simple as such a process can be. More

Just got my Outback, great experience! Sales, Finance, and Delivery team did a fantastic job. Vehicle has a lot of features such as Adaptiive Cruise Control, lan lock etc, even though it's Sales, Finance, and Delivery team did a fantastic job. Gas Cap Capper Solved After my check engine light kept coming on and off for a week on my WRX and having myself wonder if I know how to properly secure a gas cap on my ca After my check engine light kept coming on and off for a week on my WRX and having myself wonder if I know how to properly secure a gas cap on my car. Mark was able to diagnose the problem back to the oxygen sensor not functioning correctly on my Subaru, thus putting an end to the annoying check engine light that was coming on once and for all. Kudos to Mark for his help, and thanks to Liza for the assist by setting up the appointment and helping to arrange for the loaner for my work commute. More
