Super service on extensive repair I was due for an oil change on my 2010 Forester and I had noticed some oil spots on my driveway and wanted the leak checked. It was diagnosed as head gaskets and they proceeded with the work. The customer rep I worked with was Xylina Soto and I can't say enough about how pleasant and professional she was - called and let me know status of car as they proceeded with the repair. They suggested replacing the timing belt while they had the engine apart - this was due for replacement some time this fall - because it would save quite a bit of labor costs to have it done now. Very happy with their suggestions and work. I bought this car at Center Subaru in Jan. 2011 (new) and have had it serviced there exclusively - very satisfied with every visit there. More

2019 STI in for 30K Service I brought my 2019 STI in for its 30K scheduled service and a noise coming from the passenger door. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. I was given a loaner car (2019 Impreza.. which was actually pretty nice) for the time my car was in the shop. Having loaner cars for customers is a huge deal. I hate inconveniencing others to pick me up or drop me back off at the dealer. Also, at this time, i am down to one vehicle so being without my car is an issue. That afternoon they called me and told me the door needed a part which was on order but will be covered under warranty. I picked up my car that evening with no issues. Very convenient that the Service Department is open from 7am-6pm as i was able to avoid cutting into my extremely hectic work schedule. Like after all my previous visits, Liza Wynne texted me to make sure my service went smoothly. I've always loved the customer service at Center. Highly recommend! More

Express Service Staff is Efficient and Accommodating On a recent Saturday I brought my 2108 Crosstrek to Center Subaru for a 5,000 mile oil change and Tire rotation. Even though they were busy, service advisor Michael took the time to make sure our vehicle was serviced, and made time to review the Multi point inspection report at the end of our service visit. Since it was going to be in for service we a We originally made an appointment for this car to have the 2nd recall done on the passenger side airbag. Since it was going to be in for service we also asked that it be checked to see what was causing the gas mell that we had when the car was filled. The service was great! The tech took the time to go thru the car and find out exactly what was wrong even to the point of researching replacement parts and finding out parts that were not available and would have to be sourced from a junkyard. He called back promptly and gave us an estimated cost to fix the car. .He also admitted to us that with the amount of rust he saw on the frame that he was not even sure he could get the bolts off and that if he attempted the repair that the car might have to be towed away. He frankly told us that in his opinion the car was not safe. Due to the estimated repair price we decide to junk the car and get a new one. Since the service department had been so good we checked out the sales department and were very impressed with the service we got from the sales staff Mike in particular. My husband was so impressed that he says he will most likely bring his 2007 subaru to center subaru when it needs major repairs instead of doing it himself. More
