Nick greeted me immediately and gave me a little tour of the building. I was looking to purchase a new car but not sure which model would best fit my needs. Nick did not make me feel rushed at all as I test drove many cars. He was also not pushy and listened to exactly what I was looking for to help me find the best fit. Nick is a new salesman at the dealership and this was apparent in that he really didn't know the answers to many questions that arose. He was able to quickly find someone that did but it made an overwhelming experience (buying a car) more difficult because he could not readily put me at ease with answers. His language also lacked confidence as he often said "that SHOULD be fine" or "if all goes well"...which is somewhat disconcerting as a buyer. In the end, Nick was resourceful and was able to find the exact car that i wanted in transit and get it to the dealership quickly. Overall, I think that he will be a good salesman as he gets more experience. He is friendly, patient, and willing to go to other people for assistance. More
