Unsure of what to expect when I made the decision to purchase my first Subaru, I was impressed at how I was treated as a new friend from the moment Thai opened to door for me as I walked in and introduced me to "the team", gave me a tour and then asked how he could help. He listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions and then equally impressive delivered everything I asked for and then some! James made the finance piece a breeze, providing all the information I needed to be comfortable, without making me feel silly! Though I didn't meet them I know the service team prepared the car and got it pristine in time for me to pick it up. Oh... and I love my new Subaru! More

Joe Kolosky, The Legend! I’m writing this review today for several reasons, Joe is an exceptional salesman, he was more than willing to go above and beyond to help put me into I’m writing this review today for several reasons, Joe is an exceptional salesman, he was more than willing to go above and beyond to help put me into my dream car. He was able to secure financing for my loan with no money down a lower interest rate than I had previously had with another car loan, also listened when I asked him to keep the payments in a similar range I said I could at most do $20 more and that’s something he made happen! He listened to the concerns that I had about the overall appearance of the car, it several chips in the windshield which Subaru was more than willing to replace at no cost to myself with a genuine Subaru windshield, the car also has orange spots on the paint which i later found out was rust from brake dust sitting on the car from the metallic pads. Joe was able to have detailing clean the exterior of the vehicle and get rid of all the spots. James in finance made paperwork a breeze I was in and out and had the keys and ready to leave within two hours of going to the dealership and finalizing the sale. Andy made sure I was always in the loop about a situation with the title, the dealership had accidentally sent the payoff to the wrong bank when they took it in on trade and had to wait for the payment to be sent back and resent to the correct bank, I waited about 2-3 weeks for this process to happen, and at times it was frustrating mostly because I was so excited to have my dream car and was overly eager to have my new to me car, when they realized that the process was taking longer than they anticipated they were more then willing to accommodate me and allow me to drive a loaner car until everything was ready to go! Overall I had a very pleasant interaction with Center Subaru and will recommend them to anyone and everyone looking at buying a new Subaru or a used Subaru. Helped us over a brick wall We found ourselves at Center Subaru after attempting to fix our old Highlander to no avail. We were up against a wall needing not one but two cars asap. These guys made a very scary situation very easy and helped us over the "wall" so-to-speak. Josiah was excellent at calming us and finding the right fit for our needs, and James was able to take care of any bumps in the road in terms of finance. It was a very traumatic situation that needed to be fixed immediately, and these gentlemen turned it into a very positive experience. More
