Even while I was waiting for my car, I took notice of how polite and helpful the staff was. This is my second Subaru from this dealership and I honestly have never had a bad experience here. Don't buy or lease a Subaru Ascent Picked up a 2019 Subaru Ascent Limited January 2019. April some lights on the dash started coming on like oil light engine light eye sight off etc. it Picked up a 2019 Subaru Ascent Limited January 2019. April some lights on the dash started coming on like oil light engine light eye sight off etc. it would go off after a bit. Took it down to dealer they said probably just type of gas you put in. Then the sunroof wouldn't close May, you would have to touch close button let go about ten times to get it to close. And the driver side window wouldn't close when it rained. So I brought it down. The dashboard lights would go on while driving randomly. Service said probably the window and sunroof need to be lubed. next oil change. This was June. Then the side plastic piece attaching the roof to the dashboard covering the air bag popped off. Brought it to service they said just a clip and we can pop it in so they did. hour later it popped off. So the dashboard lights were going on and off and now would stay on so no ABS, engine light Oil temp, all of them, the sunroof, driver side window, and now the plastic piece covering airbag. July 22nd 2019 dropped off car after they said take a video of everything wrong so I did. When I dropped car off July 22nd I showed them video of everything and also emailed them. of course they thought it was crazy. So its August 20th and the Subaru is still at the dealer and here are the problems so far that I know: ordered new sunroof, ordered new plastic air bag cover, replaced the transmission harness, no clue on driver side window if it works, and also the mechanic scratched the bumper so they sent car to a body shop to get a replacement bumper, then they sent car to get detailed because...they got oil stains on the headliner of the car when putting in new sunroof. So they ordered a new headliner. The new headliner came in and it was broken so now they have to order another new headliner. They said 7 days more. So I am leasing a car I don't have, and it has had major work done on it. And its been a month and looks like another couple weeks more. I did say it is a 2019 with 8,000 miles on it right... More

Another great experience. The lease on my 2017 Forester was getting close to being up and I was getting emails and texts to come to Center to go over my end-of-lease options. A few hours later, I drove off in a new 2019 Crosstrek Limited! Robert Blue and Joe Cabrera were great to work with. I got the same lease terms as I had on the Forester and the entire experience was super! I highly recommend Center Subaru. They do it right! More

They offered no pressure, but took their time with me. They worked with me to get the exact car I wanted (which wasn't even on the lot) as well as working with me to get a great deal. They even have a program that paid the first payment because my wife is a veteran. I've been a customer for nearly 20 years and now more than ever I recommend Center Subaru highly. Their service dept. is excellent as well. More
