The worst car buying experience! ! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The lack of communication and transparency is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They have little to ! They have little to no concern for your time or your experience during the transaction. From waiting 2 days for a buyers order to get to my back to waiting for 5 days for a copy of the signed paperwork after the purchase to be emailed to me because the finance guy said he would email them to me instead of printing them before I left the dealership. I already have a maintenance due light on in my GV80. All I can do now is pray that they payoff my trade-in before I’m paying for 2 cars. More
