My sales experience with this dealership was great. With service my experience was just okay. Absolutely horrible experiences 2 of the 3 times I’ve been to this dealership. The last visit resulted in a 4 hour oil change due to my car being misplaced. Instead of telling the truth, they made an exc been to this dealership. The last visit resulted in a 4 hour oil change due to my car being misplaced. Instead of telling the truth, they made an excuse of my car getting an update for 3 hours ( before they even did the system update). I checked into my 1:30 appointment at 1:17p. The biggest insult is that at hour 3 I was told 30 minutes until my car would be ready (3:48p) at 5:17p I was pulling off with a short apology from Skyla (the service advisor) and a promise of a free car detail ( which she felt the need to inform me is valued at over $200) that the service manager okayed (I watched the permission grant through the window) but never once did the service manager even feel the need to utter one word to me. I guess they have an initiative to mention the new Genesis dealership to every customer on every visit, but they won’t be seeing me. I highly recommend serious training, an effective leadership team and genuine care for people’s time in order for that dealership not to be run in the ground. More
We went for both a GV70 Electrified and also a G80 and the service we received when picking them out from Eduardo was top notch. It was a great experience in fact I can’t think of a way it could have gone the service we received when picking them out from Eduardo was top notch.
