I recently purchase a GV70 from a very respectful, personable, and knowledgeable salesman named Steph. He listened to my needs, explained differences in models and the pros and cons of each, and did personable, and knowledgeable salesman named Steph. When I decided to purchase he was helpful in the negotiations and again did not pressure me. The manager was very helpful also. The dealership itself is a beautiful and comfortable place. I called Genesis of Southwest Houston to schedule a service as well as use the “wrap around coverage” insurance to fix my windshield crack and rim damage. I must say I was so nervous wondering if the insurance upon purchase would live up to my expectations. I spoke to Simon to make arrangements to get these claims in, etc. He was very aggressive in his approach to getting speedy results! With patience and knowledge, Simon got my 3 RIMS LOOKIN NEW AGAIN. ALSO A NEW COLLABORATED WINDSHIELD. The one year service was done AND a LOANER CAR was available to me while I waited in Houston. I must say, when comparing my past experience to the well loved Lexus Dealership, Genesis treated me as well AND with easy transitions. Simon had the windshield guy from Safelite Auto Glass and the Rim Specialist waiting on me 2 weeks later. Simon watched over three or more crews of workers like a “MAMA HEN” while my TREASURED and METICULOUSLY KEPT GENESIS G90 was TWEAKED TO PERFECTION! After one year of being a proud owner of a G90 my car was better than ever. I got in and out in 6 hours RECORD TIME to get back on the road to Lafayette before my bedtime. Since I found the perfect car with Salesman Daniel a year ago, I can say I was led to the perfect experience! Paying the extra expense for the EXTRA COVERAGE IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!! REPLACING A $2500 WINDSHIELD with CALTEX, A YEAR LATER, INCLUDING RIM DETAILING, SERVICE and MORE, one can never go wrong using this dealership with the many proffessional, conscientious employees. I am SO HAPPY I TOOK THE LEAP and PUT MY TRUST in GENESIS of Southwest Houston. I drive 4 hours to get this ROYAL TREATMENT! Ty Simon! Shelly in Lafayette. It was not the service that I expected Genesis. I’m highly disappointed after receiving my vehicle back after being serviced for a manufacture recall damaged. The damaged was on the right front passenger side behind the bumper and torn. The sensors which are located there no longer function. A walk around by the service advisor was never done so I didn’t notice until the next time I drove it. The service technicians are unprofessional and the salespeople are not attentive to customers standing waiting for service. Instead they are on their phones and talking to each other. I need an executive from the headquarters to call me asap. 832-494-4039. More
