Had an appointment at 09:15 and the car was taken to the bay area two hours later. When I booked the appointment I was told the couldn't overbook therefore I was delayed another day. Additionally when I called around 4:30 PM on Tuesday afternoon and was prompted to the service department I could only leave a voice message. I explained that I needed to make an appointment as the oil level was not registering on the dip stick as the level was too low. I had to recall on Wednesday morning around 08:10 as there was no call back from the service department. Someone did answer that time but did not seem aware that I had left a message the prior afternoon. Last year, I encountered the same issue that no one answers st the service desk when I called during operational hours. More

Wish I would have known about the Setvice details because they were sent via text instead of a phone call. By the time I was able to access, my car was already delivered. Also, received the Health Report the next day afyer speaking briefly on their follow-up call, and it listed everything in "Green" which does not match up with their inspection. Contradicting their inspection. More
