Communication before the scheduled service was good as I was informed as to the service pick up process. Day of service I was called with the ETA and they arrived on time. I was called again giving me the was informed as to the service pick up process. Day of service I was called with the ETA and they arrived on time. I was called again giving me the ETA of my car to be returned and the service slip would be included. Jerry did arrive as promised. Even though I was without a vehicle for about 2 1/2 hours, ( they asked if I wanted a loaner) I was able to accomplish my work without interruption of being out of the office. I recommend the concierge service! And best of all, the vehicle was hand washed...she's a beauty! More
