I called to schedule my vehicle to be picked up at my house for service and the person at the shop scheduled the car to be dropped off at the dealership. It took many calls, texts and emails to clarify t house for service and the person at the shop scheduled the car to be dropped off at the dealership. It took many calls, texts and emails to clarify the situation, and even then, I kept receiving emails and texts advising me to bring the car to the shop. Very confusing! More
